Ivan Day is an independent cultural historian who specializes in recreations of period table settings. His work has been widely exhibited in museums in the US, the UK and Europe, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, The Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles, the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, England.
